CLEMENTINE IS CLOSING

After almost 14 years, we have made the hard decision to close Clementine. It has been a wonderful run, and we are so grateful to all of you who made our success possible. Yes, the pandemic played a huge part in this decision, but we are wrapping up in the best possible way--our building has a new tenant who can pay full rent, Wendy is hoping to move to Atlanta, and Cara is writing her second book. We will miss being a part of the community and seeing all of you, but we are looking forward to our next chapters.
 
Here are the logistics
 May 7-June 4:  We will be open for shopping  Tuesday-Saturday, 11-6. The online store will be open, as well.
June 4-June 29: We will be open for pickups of returned items by appointment. Of course, we are happy to donate items for you, if you would like.
June 30: Our very last day.
 
Info for Consignors
As always, we are happy to return any items you have consigned. We ask that you notify us a week before you would like to pick up your items. Once you make the request, we will work with you to schedule an appointment for a day and a time slot in which you can pick up. You will be able to pick up your final consignor check with your items.

We can ship your items back to you for a shipping fee of $8-$15, depending on weight, but it is much, much easier for us if you can pick them up.

Any items left in the store after June 29 will be donated.

 
Info About Sale Prices
We will continue to work hard to sell your items until June 4. Some of those items may be on sale because, as noted our consignor agreement, prices decrease gradually over the 60 day consignment period. Those reductions lower the amount of money you receive per item.

However, when you see additional sales of 15%, 20%, and 25% off entire purchases, those extra reductions come out of Clementine's share only.

PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS FOR YOUR FINAL CHECK!
 
Final consignor checks will be sent out in JulyIf you would like to donate your consignor balance instead of receiving a check, please let us know. If you have a consignor balance under $5, this would be especially helpful, as each check costs us $3 to send. You can check your consignor balance on myresaleweb.com--your ID is your consignor number.

We will have more information on where that money will be donated shortly.
